Lush Dream Cream Really Is Dreamy By eml298 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

At the end of LUSH's product description for Dream Cream, they say,"Don't buy it because everyone else does, buy it because it works." This is an apt statement, as this moisturizer works remarkably well, and somehow seems to please even the pickiest scent-preferences of those I know and love. LUSH describes Dream Cream as a mix of tea tree, lavendar, oat milk, olive oil and chamomile. One thing that each of these ingredients has in common with the rest is a resulting calming effect on skin. The scent was almost off-putting to me at first, as it is herbal in nature unlike so many of the candy-flavored items on the market. However, I have grown to love the scent as much as the formula. Speaking of the formula, it sinks in easily on both wet and dry skin. It is rich enough to moisturize my feet yet gentle enough to use on my face. In fact, this is the one "body" product that truly is gentle enough to use all over my entire body. My fiance, who used to tolerate my sweeter smelling lotions, now uses Dream Cream himself, of his own volition. That speaks to the unisex nature of the product. Finally, I believe it is important to note that I have been told by several people with dermatological conditions (i.e. eczema, keratosis pilaris) that this product calms them. I am by no means a medical doctor, but I would recommend this product wholeheartedly to ANYONE in need of an all-purpose body moisturizer.
