Mad About You is a great series. This season includes 22 episodes. The show is about newlywed couple Paul and Jamie Buchman who have completely different jobs (Paul is a documentary director while Jamie works in P.R.) and live in an apartment with thier dog Murray. Fans of Mad About You will definitely want to get this season and not just because of the pilot episode. Season one includes the flashback episode about how Paul and Jamie met, the Spy Girl episode, and the one where Fran and Mark seperate. There are also a few guest stars in this season including Jerry Lewis, Regis Philbin, and Barbara Feldon. The only problem I had with this season is that there were no behind the scenes featurettes or any special features at all. But besides that season 1 is a great set. With tons of laugh-out-loud jokes and some slapstick comedy, this is a show everyone will love.
One more thing I forgot to mention. The disk does not include a "Play all" feature, so in order to watch every episode, you must select a new one each time instead of enjoying constant play. I know this is not a big deal, but for us couch potatoes it is.
