About Birds of Paradise
-Birds of Paradise is one of the most iconic and useful cards in Magic the gathering.
-It has appeared in Alpha, Beta, Unlimited, Revised, 4th Ed, 5th Ed, 6th Ed, 7th Ed, 8th Ed, 10th ed and Ravnica.
-It has two abilities. First is flying. Second is the ability to produce any mana of your choice.
Uses of Birds of Paradise
-Mana producer - it produces any color of mana you choose
-Chump blocker-it can block almost any creature since it has flying. exceptions are shadow, fear and unblockability.
-Attacher-given cards like Empyrial Armor, Loxodon Warhammer and Might of Oaks birds can do major damage
The Verdict
Birds of Paradise is one of the best creatures ever created. It is extremely efficient and is undercosted at one green mana. it can provide both versatility in terms of mana colors and add mana as well. This is truly a great card.
