About Cryptic Command

-Cryptic command is versatile as it can do two of four possible abilities.

-The four abilities are all useful

-The first ability is countering a target spell.

-The second ability is to returnany permanent to its owner's hand.

-The third ability is to tap all creatures opponents control.

-The fourth ability is to draw a card.

-The card is also efficient and provides trmendous card advantage.

The Verdict

Cryptic command is an extrmely overpowered card for the cost of merely four mana the possibilities are endless. Good job to Wizards for combining the abilities of Counterspell, Boomerang, Deluge and Whispers of the Muse in one card. This is an excellent addition to any blue deck.
