Magnetix I Coaster Is Fun! By JenniferB on - Updated Sep 18, 2011

I searched high and low for this hard-to-find gift for my 7 year old son and it was worth it! He was able to build this by himself with a little help from his Dad. We all had fun watching the silver magnetic balls follow on the track: twisting, turning, falling, bouncing - you name it! It is cool to listen to music from your ipod or MP3 player after hooking it up to the iCoaster. The music plays and the lights flash. The great thing about this is that once you have built it, you can take it down and create a new coaster. The booklet offers several plans for building, but my creative son will have so much fun creating his own coasters. The material seems to be constructed well. I did notice that the magnetic marbles fall off in the same spot some of the time - not sure if this is a product error or a building error. This toy has provided many hours of fun for my son and we anticipate many more.

This looks fun for the entire family! I love challenging the minds of our little ones to see how creative they'll be-this Magnetix sounds like the ticket!
