This is an adorable book that's a really quick and fun mystery to read. This is the third book in the Darcy Cavanaugh series. Darcy is a feisty, down to earth Registered Nurse who is teaching a workshop on different methods of murdering someone to a group of writers with her friend Marie. The workshop is on a cruise containing writers, agents, editors and literary fans. Darcy and her boyfriend's stuffy mother, Angela Skyler get caught up in a mystery of their own on board the ship.

I really enjoyed this book. I could easily imagine the characters and the dialogue flowed easily. The characters were so interesting, from a stuffy, future potential Mother-in-Law to a sword wielding Highlander model/agent/writer, there is something for everyone in this book.

As I mentioned, this is the third book in the series, and I'm planning to go back and read the first two books, which I haven't had a chance to read yet. If I didn't enjoy this book as much as I did, I wouldn't go back and read the others.
