Main Street Wall Stickers-affordable decor
By Demon_Buttercup onWhen moved into our new house last year my father in law still owned it and insisted we keep all the white walls white.Since every wall in the house was white, I was desperate to find something that would spice up the rooms.I found the Main Street removable wall stickers on ebay. There is a HUGE variety of designs.
The photo is of the butterfly design that I have decorated my home office in and I also found cherry wall stickers from the same brand for my kitchen. While the stickers are removable and won't damage your walls, they aren't resuable, so once they are removed they are pretty much done for.
The wall stickers look great up on the walls, they stick well and do not peel at all in heat or cold.I also tried to decorate my mailbox with some and used a spray laquer coating to try and keep them from coming off, but that didn't work...one snowstorm and they started peeling like crazy, so these are definately for indoor use.
If you need to spice up your walls, cabinets, or even bathroom tiles, these are perfect.

These would be great for anyone who was a renter and wanted to add some color and design and not loose their deposit when they move out. Oh, they would also be great for dorm rooms too, you've got me thinking of all the cool things I could do i'm gonna be up all night!
what a clever idea. I might steal it since 8 year old boys are always changing their minds on what they think is cool to have in their room :) Do they have many different styles?
This sound way better than wallpaper and for the price so what if you can't reuse. I really like this idea a lot! Thanks so much for the info.
Never heard of this, and what a great product for the MANY people who aren't allowed to do anything to the walls. You could get really creative!
This seems like a cheap and easy way to spruce up a part of your house. Thanks.
Great way for people that can't paint their walls for whatever reason to make the place their own!
What a GREAT idea!! I would love to do something like this for my son's room!! I love your butterflies!!!
This is a really easy way to re-decorate. This is much easier then stenciling. Thanks for sharing the information.
How cool! These seem like they would be a great alternative to stenciling. They kind of remind me of an old type of toy that had a laminated board and different items that could be stuck to the board to form different stories, then removed and used again and again.
Cute product! I may have to find some of these for my apt!
