Mainstays Reversible Comforter By balentine2 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I recently decided to spruce up my sons' bedroom as a surprise. They needed new comforters for their twin size beds. I didn't want to spend a lot of money because at the rate they are growing they won't fit in their beds for too much longer.

I went to WalMart and looked through their bedding selection. I decided on Mainstays 180 Thread count reversible comforters for 2 reasons. Number 1, I liked the way they looked and number 2, they were on sale for $14.50 (normally $29.99 for twin size). I bought Jamie one with dark blue on one side and light blue on the other, and Jesse one with black on one side and grey on the other.

These comforters are made of 60% cotton/40% polyester and filled with 100% polyester. They are machine washable and can either be line dried or tumble dried on low heat. The twin size measures 63 in. wide and 86 in. long. They are a little stiff right out of the bag but I ran them through the wash and they turned out very soft and comfortable. These comforters also come in full, queen and king size.

My sons really like their new comforters and love how their room turned out. If you need a good, inexpensive comforter, check out Mainstays.

I like Mainstays! I've bought several comforters of that brand, and they have held up very well!
