A lot of parents rely on nighttime routines to help babies get to sleep easier, as a mom of two I know I do! Bathtime is usually the start of the bedtime routine and I recently tried a bath product claiming to help baby sleep better. It's Johnson and Johnson's Bedtime Bath.

This product has "Naturalcalm" essences which is a patent-pending formula of calming scents. Think of it as aromatherapy for babies! Adding it to your baby's bath is supposed to add to the calming effects of a nice, warm bath which may lead to a peaceful night's sleep.

I have to admit my kids both go to sleep easily, so I can't say for sure this product helps promote sleep, but I can say that I do like this better than regular baby bath soap. The scent is very nice and very mild, and it is formulated with Johnson's "No More Tears" formula so there are no worries about soap in baby's eyes. A couple capfuls added to the warm water when filling the bath makes it like a bubble bath, which the kids love!

Overall Johnson's Bedtime Bath is a really nice baby bath product and I would recommend any parent give it a try!
