Make Sure To Buy All The Accessories By balentine2 on - Updated Sep 18, 2011
When I bought my sons their Wii for their birthdays last October, I knew practically nothing about it. I knew the basics, like I would need to buy a second remote but that was about it. After they opened it I found out it came with rechargeable batteries in the remotes but no charger.
The next day I headed back to WalMart to find a charger. I got this remote charger for 29.99. It will charger both remotes at the same time. It will also charge the nunchuks remotes. This is a great accessory to the Wii. It has probably saved me a fortune in batteries. The boys just put the remotes back in the charger when not in use and they are always ready to use. There is not the constant hunt for AA batteries (although the remotes will work with regular batteries).
So if you have a Wii or are planning on buying one, I think the recharging station is a necessity.

I agree that this is a must have for the Wii, I didn't buy it for my daughters and went back an got it right away because the remote batteries were going dead so quick.
Absolutely! The wii is fun(neighbor has one). They have the charging station as well.:)
I would have never thought about getting the charger!
Geez, its almost as expensive as buying another Wiimote. This thing would take a long time to pay for itself. I'd rather stick with rechargeable batteries for a fraction of this cost.
