By crunkyjens on"Guess" is a brand new perfume that just came out on the market about a month ago.It's by Georges Marciano and it is absolutely heavenly.I came across this perfume from an ad in a magazine.I was at work at the time and couldn't stop smelling the sample page in the magazine.I passed the magazine all around work and all the guys I work with went crazy over it.One even said he wanted it for himself even though it was a female perfume!
I asked for the perfume for my birthday and I was happily pleased when my boyfriend got it for me.He managed to pick up the last gift set at Macy's too which not only had the perfume, but also body lotion, and a shower gel.The perfume is 3.4 oz, and both the lotion and body wash are 3.0 oz.
The "Guess" fragrance contains notes of cardamom, curacao orange, star fruit, grapefruit, pink honeysuckle, peony, crystle jasmine, musk, vanilla, dulce de leche, and blonde wood.
I absolutely love the perfume and could not have been happier receiving it as a gift.I gave "long lasting" and "strength" only a four as the scent only stays with me for about 3 or 4 hours.Although I seem to have that problem with any type of perfume I wear so it could just be me.It's quite possible it could last all day on someone else.
Next time you are in your local department store stop by the fragrance counter and ask for this.You will fall in love with it once you get your first whiff!
I've never tried "Guess" perfume by Georges Marciano, but it sounds like a nice one. It's always fun to try something new!
What a nice boyfriend!! I bet he just loved shopping the perfume counter at Macy's!! I had a chance to sample this at the Macy's where I live and I can see why you like this, it was a really nice scent. Now I need to get "my" boyfriend/husband to shop at Macy's by himself!!
You know, I have sample of this from Macy's that I haven't bothered to open yet. I guess I thought it would be 'old fashioned' as I associate Guess with the old Guess jeans that were stylish in my teen years oh so long ago, lol. However, the scent notes that you describe sound nice, so I think I may have to open the sample and give it a try!

So GUYS like this ladies' perfume? That's a seller! ;) I love your description of the scent, if it smelled that good off of a sample page in a magazine, the real thing has to be something really wonderful.
