Making a Hospital Room like Home
By vsimeone onI had several coupons and offers to acquire some Glade Wisp Flameless Candles for almost next to nothing.Today, as I was getting ready to visit a friend in the hospital, I was going through a closet to put some lotion, lip balm and body spray in a bag.I came across my Glade Wisp Flameless Candles.I know how much I enjoy the one I use in my bathroom so I thought - this might be really nice for Missy's hospital room. She is there for likely an extend stay and I thought that this candle may make her feel a bit more like home.I really enjoy the little "wisps" of fragrance in my bathroom but I do think that the refills don't last very long.Even if Missy decides that the fragrance is too much for her small space, I think she might enjoy the flickering effect of the flameless candle. She hadn't opened my gift bag yet while I was there so I'll be anxious to hear if she enjoys it.I've had the one in my bathroom now for several months and have not yet had to replace the batteries. If you need some fragrance in an area where you don't have electrical outlets or can not burn an open flame, consider the Glade Wisp Flameless Candle!

Never would have thought of using this as part of a gift for a hospital patient. Good idea! I do enjoy these flameless candles...they're great for spaces where I can't leave an open flame unattended, but want a bit of fragrance.
I agree that the refills don't last long but I love the candle like flicker without the worry of an open flame.
Very nice. What a thoughtful friend you are:0) And the product sounds pretty cool too.
I have these too--they are neat, especially with small children around. Using them in the hospital is a great idea--I'll remember that!
This sounds like the perfect candle for a hospital or even at work. I would have loved to have had something like this when I was working at an office. I'm sure your friend will love it.
What a wonderful idea! I have seen flameless candles, but never knew that Glad made scented ones! What a neat idea!
Well this sounds handy and safer than a real candle.
That was a great gift for a hospital patient. I love to smell candles.
Anything would be better than that hospital smell!
What a thoughtful gift for those in the hospital!
