This game is great fun. Someone bought this game for my son's class at school to play on rainy days at recess. My son really enjoyed it so we bought it for home. I had never heard of it before. It is a lot of fun. This game can be played many ways. We have found that since we started playing this and a friend has come over they have their own versions of the game. It is a wooden box that can be opened up and there are small indented circles on each side to hold the marbles. The marbles are to be moved along the board from one side to another until all of the marbles are in someone's home. Once all of the marbles are off of your side of the board you win the game. Their are different versions such as you can move your opponents marbles or you can't. I have played many ways and each time enjoyed it. This game moves at a quick pace so you can't get bored easily. The recommended age for this game is seven years old. I agree. This age seems pretty appropriate for a starting point.
