Definately NOT for kids as it is a game by rockstar (grand theft auto makers). You are in an insane asylum, and the power goes out, all the cells open.... and you try to escape. There are murderers everywhere along with guards, and you have to get out anyway you can.

You then try to find your medicine, which is at your house... which is pretty much guarded by crazies!

With the Wii remote, you stab your way through guys, use combos by moving the remote around, etc. The game is pretty freaky and VERY gory!

I didn't play through the entire game, probably only a couple hours worth. But it is a game i would buy if you are a fan of the Grand Theft Auto series. It is definately a different type of game, and will keep you active!
