Many Kisses Began With Kay's By Mean_Queen on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
When my husband and I got engaged, I didn't care where "he went." He got straight to my heart by making sure our big kiss began with Kay Jewelers. After doing a lot of research on cut, color, and clarity, he picked out a simple diamond solitaire in yellow gold from Kay's. It was just over half a carat and cost just over a thousand dollars. One thing I really like about Kay's is the service. Anytime I pass one in the mall, I can run in and have my ring cleaned and checked for any loose stones. We also bought matching wedding bands. They are just plain gold bands, so as to not take away from my solitaire. Because of how great our service was with Kay's for our engagement, we've used them for all other major jewelry purchases. We bought a wrap to go with my solitaire and Kay's did a great job of soldering them together. We also had Kay's create a ring out of some loose diamonds. I really think anyone looking to make that big purchase for the big plunge should head to Kay Jewelers. The quality and service is terrific.

I love Kay jewlers. We had bought our original wedding rings somewhere else, but when we renewed our vows for our 20th anniversary, we went straight to Kay's. I couldn't find exactly the ring I wanted there. The manager let me describe what I was looking for and we made a sketch. He called me one week later and said he found my ring! It was exactly what I was looking for! That's great service...going out of the way to please the customer. Been a loyal customer ever since!
We also bought our rings at Kays. I love their service.
I wish we got to check out Kay's before purchasing my ring.
Sounds really nice. Thanks for sharing. ;)
