Marble Rolling Pin for Great Piecrusts

I received this rolling pin as a prize for having the best Christmas cookies a few years back.It has become one of my favorite kitchen accessories as it's not only beautiful to look at but very easy to use.I can roll out my pastry without worrying about the dough sticking and it's so easy to clean.The marble keeps moisture and grease from penetrating like a regular wooden rolling pin so I never have to worry about contamination.I keep my rolling pin stored in the wooden cradle that came with it so it's never rolling around in drawer or cupboard.I would recommend this highly to anyone that does a lot of baking.It's a little heavy but that keeps the arms in shape!
