The Marcy Smith Cage home gym is a hidden gem. For less than $400.00, you will receive an entire workout station for your home. The gym is rather large so it will need a designated space. This space should be chosen before you attempt to assemble the product due to the immense weight after assembly.
Assembly is the only downfall of the Marcy Smith Cage. It took two people more than three days to assemble this product. With more than 500 individual parts and several instances where more than one person is needed to complete an assembly task, this is the not so user friendly part of the Marcy Machine.
After assembly, you can expect nothing but great things. The unit includes a row station, lat station, butterfly station, bench with leg extension and a smith bar for bench press and squats. And this is just to name a few.
The Marcy Smith Cage is a great product!
