The black one if more meant for women who want to somewhat hide a bit of width. In general the dress is a perfect fit because of the way it's built. The top part is adjustable so it fits with the different top sizes many women have. It also has plenty of fabric in the front for a comfy fit on the belly. This dress is definitely more of a summer dress becase of the lack of sleeves but can be worn whenever with other acessories.
