Mariners Spring Training

My husband and I decided to take in Spring Training in Peoria, Arizona for our hometown baseball team, The Seattle Mariners. We felt like enjoying some warm weather and taking some time our from our usual routine.

We took in three games while we were there and one of them was a night game. We found out that night how cold it can be in Arizona in the Springtime! I was freezing and hadn't brought a coat since I was expecting warmer weather.

We went shopping in the stadium shops for a sweatshirt. They were pretty pricey for me, but I needed to be warm so I spent the money. I put it on and ... ahhhhh. Warmth! It is a very nice sweatshirt. It's is 80% cotton and 20% polyester. It's gray and says "Mariners Spring Training "08. It makes a pretty great souvenir from that trip, so I'm glad I got it.

It's been about a year and a half now since I gotit and I still prize my Mariners sweatshirt and wear it a lot.
