We stayed at the Marriott hotel at Texas Medical Center in Houston, TX last January. Althought the hotel is located at Texas Medical Center, it is centrally located to Houston attractions such as sporting events and museums.

If you or a loved one is receiving treatment at one of the many hospitals at Texas Medical Center, the Marriott hotel is a great choice for accomodations because it is steps away from many hospitals. The Marriott is also located right off the Houston MetroRail line. You can hop on the Metro and travel to downtown, the museum district or to Reliant Stadium to see the Texans play football.

The Marriott is a very nice hotel. We had 2 queen beds in our room and they were so comfortable. Big, thick comforters and pillows covered the bed, making it very inviting after a plane ride. We had a colored televisions, stocked refrigerator (items cost), a small work station and a decent sized bathroom with full shower/bath.

We were able to check in early which was very nice. Our room was ready and clean when we arrived. Maid service was great. Parking is available at the hotel for a fee.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Marriott at Texas Medical Center. Now that I live close to Houston, I will not be staying overnight in Houston but I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a hotel close to TMC, Reliant Park, or the museum district.
