Martha Stewart Glitter Love By kateri27 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I have been dreaming of trying the Martha Stewart glitter for quite some time, but it is a little pricey. I found a pack of Martha's golden woodland tinsel-cut glitter for half price at Micheal's. I snagged it because it was not only half price, but I also had a coupon for an extra 20% off Martha products.

I have been using this glitter for a variety of craft products. I made a few ornaments and gift tags with the glitter. I found the glue that it comes with a bit thick, but the glitter was amazing. It is small and delicate. It goes on easy and covers well. I have barely made a dent in my bottles since I got them.

I also tried a glittering technique called glitter toes. You paint your toes with nail polish, sprinkle the glitter and let dry. Once dried add a few more layers of nail polish and you have shiny toes for the next month. The toes look amazing, and this technique does not work with the lower priced glitter I normally buy.

My only problem with this glitter is that I am addicted and want to cover my entire house with glitter. Not that that would be a bad thing, but I don't think my husband would approve.
