Marzocchi Dirt Jumper 2 By maximum on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I bought these forks after I had broken my Dirt Jumper 3. So it was a tiny bit of an upgrade to them. When I bought them I was expecting the feel to be better because you could make more adjustments to how the fork runs. This fork had internal rebound adjustment and external compression adjustment. When I first used the forks I could hear a clicking sort of sound coming from them when they were compressed. I worried about it at first. But I have ridden them for over a year now and the sound hasn't caused any problems. When I rebuilt the forks the sound did disappear, but there was no damage to the forks on the inside. They feel great; they are good forks for an intermediate rider not wanting to pay for the Dirt Jumper 1. I have bent the steerer once, but that was due to how I was riding. It had nothing to do with the strength of the forks.
