Master Key Pitch Pipe C To C By ExplosiveAmnesia on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

The Master Key Pitch Pipe C to C is just what it sounds like- it is a circular pitch pipe, with thirteen chromatic notes falling in one octave of C.

The Master Key is well-built. I have owned mine for about three years, and it still seems to be well in tune. Since the pitch pipe is just a metal circle with various holes, it is very durable. It indicates notes on the pipe through note names on white lettering on the black side, and names with a staff embossed on the metallic side.

The one thing that makes the Master Key a bit difficult to use is that it can take some getting used to in order to get the correct note out. The mouth must be precisely shaped, and it can take a few tries. However, if you're looking for a simple chromatic pitch pipe, the Master Key by Kratt is a good choice.
