Mates, Dates And Diamond Destiny By ceres on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

This book is a book suitable for light reading. And also for those seeking some teenage romance and friendships. However, it's not for those who are expecting some angst or surprise twists here and there. In fact, i personally feel that the storyline is rather predictable.

The story revolves around Nesta, a typical teenage girl who is obsessed with boys, and who actually got involved with charity work, feeling that it might be a cool way to meet new people, mainly boys, of course. But slowly, when she finally begins to understand more about the plight of the world, her heart takes a change and her interests in helping the poor become more genuine and sincere. Along the way, her charity work allows her to understand more about a guy named William, who she claimed to detest, while her firends know better.

This book actually have a nice plot, albeit a bit predictable. I could have guess who Nesta's going to end up with just a few pages into the book. Still, it can give you some fun reading and it works for killing some extra time you have between your studies.
