My guinea pigs are voracious eaters. They are our eating and poop machine at home. With their tiny stomachs, I do not know how they can munch so many food in a day. Their favorite is this Kiki Excellent Max Menu food for hamsters and squirrels. I know it was intended for hamsters and squirrels but they love it.

Max menu contains sunflower seeds, rounded corn, wheat, green peas, dried carrots, protein granules, alfalfa rings, and inflated legumes and vitamin granules.

It is also fortified with Vitamin A, Vitamin D3. Serving is 2-4 teaspoons per day per guinea pig. But our pigs are so fat so I try to regulate their feed by giving them just 2 teaspoons each and 1 chopped tomato because they are need Vitamin C.

The pack mix of pet food comes in a sealed clear plastic bag and weighs about 300 grams.

So far, I have been alternating this dry meal with hay and vegetables suited for guinea pigs and they like the variety. However, they tend to "tweet" more and ask for this dry pet food at certain times. I'm sure they love this! You can tell from the pics I have uploaded here. See how "chubby" they are?
