Maybelline Define-A-Lash Mascara, My Fave!
By Laurel1 onI'm of Scottish and Norwegian heritage; it's said of both ethinicities that we know how to pinch a penny until it screams.I do like some expensive cosmetics, but my very favorite mascara is one of the least expensive brands on the market. Not only do I like it, but some of the top make-up articles in the country, speaking in magazines like Vogue and In Style, say it is their mascara of choice, too.
I'm writing of Maybelline Define-A-Lash Mascara.I used the original Maybelline, in the pink and green tube, until this one came out last year. Define-A-Lash, in its shining green metallic tube, is a bit higher than some of the other Maybelline mascaras, but it still comes in at under $5.The reason I love it? Easy. It's not just the price, it's the flexible wand, with little flexible spikes instead of the traditional brush, that make this product so great. They do not clump - you won't even see a clump on the wand, unlike most other mascaras of any brand. It colors and separates your lashes, making them look longer and fuller, with no mess, no clumps, no scary spider-lashes.In my opinion, it's the best out there; if you haven't tried it yet, indulge yourself. At under $5, it's not much of a risk.
I have only two minor complaints. It comes (so far) in only black and brown-black; there are times I'd like to use brown. And it isn't waterproof, so if you cry, or your allergies act up, it will run a bit. Other than that, if I could rate it higher than a five, I would!

I use this too! I love how skinny the brush is!
