Maybelline Expert Eyes Waterproof Makeup Remover

This moisturizing makeup remover is designed for waterproof mascara and eyeliner. It is fragrance free, hypoallergenic, and ophthalmologist tested. According to the directions on the bottle, the proper way to use it is to apply some on a cotton pad, close your eyes, and gently press the pad to the eyelids: then wait for 5 seconds and remove the pad. I have found that it takes a little more effort than that, you do need to do some wiping movements as well.

After trying this product several times, I have switched to a different brand, because this one turned out to be way too oily. Yes, it does remove eye makeup very well, and it does moisture and condition the skin; however, it also leaves the eyes area so unpleasantly oily that I had to use several cotton pads to clean the stuff off.
