Maybelline Express Finish Left My Glass Half Empty

Lately I have been obssessed with nail polish fun names and fun colors. I wasOpti-Mist-Ic about the newsilver/taupe color by Maybelline. It went on quite well. Dried in around a minute for each of the 3 recommended coats. I made it barely through the day when I began to see a wearing on the edges of my thumb nail. Now for those of you who know how nail polish wears one's thumb is usually the last to go. This was a bit disconcerting but hey as long as it made it through Saturday night all would be well. From home I left in my little car. Straight to the club.From my car to the door by the time I paid the cover charge the first chip had occured. No big deal I thought to myself it's on my left hand and I am right handed so no one will notice. I did not stare at my hands all night but I can tell you that I am not hard on my hands. I don't fingertap,bite my nails,or dance on my fingertips. This is why my nail polish lasting all of 6-8 hours really leaves me a bit thirsty for a full cup.
