I really do like this Maytag dishwaster. I have owned several different dishwasher of all brands over the years and this one ranks at the top. It has 4 cycles which are rinse,light, normal and heavy . I can say the one I use most often is normal and it seems to do just fine no matter how big or tough the load. It also has heat and air dry and an auto stop when you open the door for those last minute items you may have forgotten. I do like the lift out silver ware basket but wish it was in the door so it didn't take up needed space. I could also use an adjustable top shelf so you could put taller things on the top when needed. The thing I like most is that it really works, I mean I have no trouble with the dishes coming out dirty or having that awful stuff on my glasses. It is also very quiet and you don't have to wash the dishes before you put them in there.
