Maytag Jetclean Dishwasher

The Maytag Jetclean is a pretty reliable dishwasher. I bought this dishwasher a couple of years ago at Sears. It an a built-in or under the counter model. I use this dishwasher pretty hard, at least 5 or 6 times a week. There are times when everything doesn't get clean. This is especially true when I don't prewash. The dishwasher was advertised to not need prewashing, so this is somewhat of a disappointment. Also, the bottom rack has a broken prong. I'm not sure how this happened, but I don't feel I was that hard on the rack for it to get broken. Maybe it is of inferior quality? Other than those things, the dishwasher has been okay. It doesn't use a lot of electricity. It has a large capacity, which is nice and I like the configeration of the racks. Not sure I would buy this model again.
