Reviewing: Boca All American Flame Grilled Meatless Burger's
Purchased at: Wal Mart     Price: $2.50 USD

Me and My Boyfriend decided a couple of weeks ago that we were gonna try to eat healthier. We both need to lose a couple of pounds (me from baby weight, he has no excuse..lol). We are gonna try to stay away from as much meat as we can to stay healthy. We are only gonna eat meat about once a week. We've mostly been eating salads and i've been looking up vegetarian meals online, but i'm not that much of a cook. I rememberedMy mom and sister telling me about these veggie burger's that they got at walmart a couple of weeks ago. So, me and my boyfriend went to walmart to try and find them.

These burger's are called All American FLAME GRILLED Meatless Burger's. They are made from a company called BOCA. They are 60% less fat then a beef hamburger. They are low in cholesterol. They are an excellent source of protein, fiber, calcium and iron. They have 0grams of Trans fat per serving. There's only 120 calories in one burger.

These burger's are really good in my opinion. My boyfriend, who is a meatlover big time, also enjoyed these meatless burger's.I think they have the same texture as a McDonalds small hamburger. And I say they taste just as good as a regular hamburger . I would recommend these to anybody. Oh and my kid liked them too. The price was not bad either. It was around 2.50 for 4 burger's, which is not bad at all. I will be purchasing these again.

That's cool! I have always wondered what these would taste like. Wonder if I could swap out these veggies burgers from my hubby without him knowing. Guess I could just top with a slice of onion, lettuce and tomato and he'd never know. Fingers crossed! LOL!
