Medieval Times Dinner Show, Florida By Mom2One on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

We decided to check this out. It was fun but I do not think we would do it again.

This is a dinner show, the food is basic, soup, chicken, potato garlic bread, etc. One thing to mention is there are no utensils! That's right you have to eat with your hands and drink your soup out of the bowl, just like back in the Medieval Times. My son thought all this was cool since he does not get to eat like that at home.

Of course the main thing about this place is the entertainment. Although the food was just average, the entertainment was great.

I thought the horses were gorgeous and looked so well taken care of. Our family loved the jousting part. We all had a good time cheering for our knight. The fight scenes were a little bit on the cheesy side, but it was all in good fun and the crowd really gets into it. It does get very loud in this place.

Make sure you get here a little early so you can look through the town. It has a lot of interesting Medieval artifacts. There's also a gift shop with a lot of Medieval theme gifts.

I did enjoy the show and it was a lot of fun, but I honestly do not think we will be going back anytime soon. Once seems to be enough for me.

If you are into Medieval type stuff I do think you will enjoy this dinner show. It's not high class but it's a lot of fun

We have one that is close but we've never been there. Maybe we'll go once my son is older. It sounds like the kids really enjoy it!
