Meguiar's Wash Mitt Wonderfully Soft By Dave on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

When I bought a new car, it was ingrained in me by the paint and body guys to buy a soft washing mitt to keep the paint in tip-top shape.

Sold.

I love this washing mitt from Meguiar's because it actually makes my job easier when washing the car, and it lets me wipe my hand all over the car to wash it more effectively.

It also lets me scrub at the car to get off goo and residue from driving. Using my hand in a mitt to wash around the wheels is especially easy with this mitt.

I originally thought I wouldn't need one, and being a cheap person I felt greased by the price of $6 when I could just as easily use a rag or sponges. However, this has paid itself off over time and use.

Did I mention it is fairly durable, too?

My only complaint is it does soak up water, so it likewise takes more time to dry off. I keep it in the garage to dry because I don't want anything to grow on it.

However, experiencing using a wash mitt has been a pleasure, and Meguiar's seems to make a good product.

I never will go back to a sponge when washing the car. Thanks to Meguiar's.
