Meijer Mint Mini-Cups - Surprisingly Good

These are similar to York Peppermint Patties, and are almost comparable in taste.

I was really surprised at how good these are.In fact, I like the chocolate in these better than the York.These are labeled Rich Dark Chocolate with Peppermint Centers.The chocolate is darker and smoother than the York.The peppermint cream isnt quite as icy as the York, but its very good.Overall these are softer than the York, which is to say that the cream oozes a little bit.You can bite through a York and it just holds its shape.

These are about 63 calories each.They are wrapped individually in real foil which recycles.And inside the foil each candy is also in a paper cup.There are 24 or 25 candies in a 10 oz bag.

This is yet another instance where I find a Meijer brand product to be very good.As a store brand they are much more reliably of good quality than some others.
