I always use my Meijer store Credit Card for Grocery shopping. The benefit of having this card is that I am able to budget my monthly grocery and personal use spending. I don't go over what my credit limit is and I pay the balance off at the end of the month. The great thing about this card is that there is no annual fee, but the interest is slightly higher than my commercial credit cards so I make sure I pay the balance off quickly to prevent overages and finance charges. At the end of most transactions I get money saving coupons that I can use next time I shop. On my last visit I saved over $48.00! The other great incentive is that I can use my Meijer Credit card to get 5 cents off a gallon of gas at the Meijer gas station. With the rising cost of gas this has been a great savings for me and my family.
