Melatonin an all naurual sleep aide

I bought Melatonin for my now deceased Father-in-Law about 1 1/2 years ago.He was having a hard time sleeping and wanted his PCP to write him a perscription for an sleep aide.I told him that I had something I wanted him to try first and asked him if he was willing.So come bed time I gave him an 5mg Melatonin and explained to him that when I have taken this in the past it was so much better than taking the "script" sleep aides.This one does not make you all groggy the next day and you wake up feeling like you had a really good nights rest.He was eagar to try it.Many of the "script" sleep aides that you get from your PCP will knock you for a loop and you are tired all the next day.Not my idea off an effective sleep aide.Melatonin promote natrual sleep.It works in harmony with your natural sleep cycle so that you can wake up feeling refreshed in the morning.It worked great for my Father-in-law and myself, it might just work great for you too!
