Men's Health By Ezriela on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I try very hard to encourage my husband to do things to help improve his health and sometimes,it seems as though he tunes me out. However, once he sees the same "expert advice" given by somebody else, he then takes me a lot more seriously. Getting him an issue of "Men's Health" assisted me in my quest to find information about male-related health issues and practical ways to assist my husband in making positive lifestyle changes, regarding his nutritional practices. The only problem I found with "Men's Health" magazine is that, like most publications of this sort, it forgets that some people have physical limitations, due to certain health concerns, and it's difficult for them to do the kind of weight-training exercises this magazine suggests. Nevertheless, "Men's Health" does address some topics that all men can learn something about, in a manner they can easily relate to. While I wouldn't subscribe to it, I don't mind getting a copy off the stand, if there's something in it that I believe will help my husband.
