I started taking these a while ago. I like the mens one a day multivitamins. They seemed priced fairly well at B.J. warehouse. I take other supplements but felt it would be a good idea to take this as well. These support prostate health as well as heart and blood pressure.

I like the fact that they are geared towards men. From my experience One A Day makes a quality product and this brand of vitamins was what I grew up with as a boy. My Mom bought their product line all the time. I figured Mom's choice could not be wrong!

Anyway, these came in a huge bottle of 250 pills which is certainly a good amount and it will take me quite a while to get done with that size bottle. Looking over the label on the back there is a good spectrum of the various vitamins and ingredients that one would expect from this product. I would certainly recommend this product to men who are looking for a good multivitamin.
