Metallic Watercolor By Crissy Taruc on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

When I bought my kids' school materials last summer of 2008 I think of several art materials they maybe in need of on their Art subject. It is pretty hard for us to find art materials within the community and if there is the cost is relatively high. So to play safe and to have it at a more reasonable cost I scouted for some possible art materials we maybe in need of during the school year. This metallic watercolor interests me. As compared to other watercolors that are pale the colors of this particular watercolor already look great. It contains twelve (12) metallic colors of different shades and one (1) brush. I decided to buy one for my daughter who is in Grade 2 and usually uses watercolor in her Art subject.

Before 2008-2009 school year ends, they had this Fireworks project assigned at home. We both decided to use the metallic watercolor to make the Fireworks appeal glossy since we will be using a black construction paper. The outcome was really great. It gives sleek and vibrant to the drawings like no other pale watercolors can do and we were really happy with it. And maybe her teacher appreciates the performance of this metallic watercolor that she gave my daughter a perfect score for that.
