Metsal Cream

I am a trained first aider and I have been using Metsal Cream for almost any muscle injuries! I was introduced to this product when I was still very actively involved in the ambulance service and we used to go out to Sport's Carnivals and such pretty frequently.

I then got one for home use and I must say I am loving the product! The smell can be a tad too strong but after a while, you just get used to it. Most importantly is, it works wonders! It's pretty hot, but within just a few minutes, your pain will definitely subside! I now use it for any form of muscle pain I've got - from neck pain to cramp, or even just a back ache after a bad night sleep!

Another important factor is, it's relatively cheaper than the other brand.
