Microsoft Optical Intelli Mouse By kman63 on - Updated Sep 18, 2011

Often times, the standard mouse that came packaged with your desktop will wear out and become annoying to use. This happened to me when the ball and wheels inside my old mouse got hopelessly clogged up with dust and dirt. When searching for a replacement, I found the Optical IntelliMouse from Microsoft. For just 25 dollars, I was able to get a more sturdy, durable and easier to use mouse. I prefer the optical feature a lot more because it is controlled by a bright red light on the bottom that sends a signal to the computer telling it when to move the pointer. So, that means there is no more ball and associated mechanial works to get gummed up with dirt. Very easy to install, it just needs plugged into an available USB port. The mouse also comes packaged with an adaptor allowing it to be connected to the PS/2 port if no USB ports are open or available. It is automatically recognized by Plug-and-Play on your computer. Overall, this is one of the best deals I have gotten on a computer peripheral.
