Midnight In The Garden Of Good And Evil By Tifffany on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil is based off of the book by the same name by John Berendt. It is set in Savannah, Georgia and tells the story of an antiques dealer, played by Kevin Spacey, who is on trial for the possible slaying of a young man works for him, played by Jude Law. This movie is full of Savannah history and also delves into Voodoo, which is popular in the area. It is directed by Clint Eastwood, who did a great job with adapting the movie to screen. Also starring in this is John Cusack as John Kelso, a journalist who is digging deeper into the situation.

I think this movie is wonderfully done. The music fits well with the scenes and really evokes the emotions that are being shown during those parts. The acting is top notch and the story line adheres very closely to Berendt's work. I find this to be an enjoyable and artfully done film.
