Midwest Gloves Gear Men's Gripping Gloves By Willow on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
I bought these gloves for pulling weeds in my garden. They are called Men's gloves, and the only size that was available at the store was Large, so I was a little worried that the gloves would be too big for me. However, when I had put them on they fit perfectly well. My hands are not big, so I guess it's just the way these gloves are - size Large works well for average women's hands.
The knitted gloves are made of polyester, and the palms and fingertips are coated with blue rubber. The gloves are recommended for weeding, potting and planting. I have done it all, and they work great. The rubber coating protects my fingers and palms from dirt and prickly weeds. These weeds are hard to handle, their thorns can get through most regular gloves, but they can't penetrate this coating. I am pleased with these gloves, they are very good for gardening.

I love garden gloves like this because I have so many roses and as you know, those thorns hurt. Having the coating on the palm stops all but the wickedest thorns from getting through.
I seem to get blisters when gardening-these could help me.
