Million Dollar Baby, an award-winning film by Clint Eastwood. A one of a kind acting performance for Hillary Swank who played Maggie Fitsgerald, an female amateur boxer who is driven by her dream of becoming successful professional boxer. Although Frank Dunn (Clint Eastwood)- a certified boxing trainer refuse to train her at first. Not because she was not good but Dunn does not train female boxer. However, because of her perseverance, passion and determination to become a professional boxer, she wins Dunn's favor finally and has agreed to train her.

When comes the moment for Maggie to prove herself, a tragic event took place and eventually made her miserable. She suffered spinal cord injury induced by her opponent that resulted Maggie, paralytic. Not only that, her family who suppose be there for her wasn't be what she expected. And that all they want is Maggie's possession.
Maggie don't want to suffer anymore. She attempted to kill herself many times but eventually, it didn't succeed. Until she confides Dunn to help her put to end all this. Dunn refuse the idea at first but in the end, he agreed and executed euthanasia because he don't want to see her suffer anymore.

Million Dollar Baby is a film that reflects that if a person's spirit is willing, nothing would hinder him/her to achieve greater things. Hilary Swank is did an excellent acting on this film. A must-watch film.
