Mind Games By Whoahsweet on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

If you've ever wondered what you're mentally capable of, Mind Games is a great book to read. This book goes over many factual and weird mental tips and tricks. It covers scientifically-valid feats such as memorizing a deck of cards or tips on beating a lie detector, but it also goes into questionable content such as extra-sensory perception or reading auras. However, you can pick and choose what is interesting to you.

Each mental feat is its own couple of pages and is a short summary. This book does not serve to go over each one exhaustively but mainly as a short reminder or to-do list on things you can improve on mentally. For some feats, it even tells you where to look for further information.

All in all, the content is not exhaustive but is a great intro for mental capability. I suggest it to anyone looking to improve themselves mentally or emotionally.
