Well, it's that time of year again when we all resolute to lose weight. I don't know about you, but I definatly enjoyed my share of Christmas cookies! Having used my Aunt's mini stepper before at her house I decided to shop around for my own. I looked at Wal-Mart and found the California Fitness mini stepper for a great price and brought it home. I love it! You do have to do some minute assembly but only two small things. The tension wheel and the counter. I can do this while I am watching television, cooking, or even on the phone. It is small enough that I can lift it easily as well as store it away easily too. I can really feel the burn too. It is just the right tension to really work you out. I bought it three days ago and already lost five pounds! Of course excersise alone will not burn your fat, although it is a major requirement, you must eat healthier as well. So have fun working out, I know I will!

Does this have something to hold on to? I have seen some that do and some that do not. Sounds like a great price, I will have to look for it on my next visit to Walmart.
Hmmm I'll have to look for it as well. My treadmill gets boring after a while and I need something new!

My sister in law really toned up and lost a lot of weight in using a stepper like this and walking..I am so jealous!! :P
