Mio Digiwalker C220 By Indygirl on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Our digiwalker was ready to go out of the box, which was great, because we were on a road trip at the time. It never ocurred to us that it wouldn't be, so it was fortunate for us. Since buying it we have heard horror stories of people buying GPS systems that they then had to take home, register, and download maps before they are useful.

We find it to be a very intuitive product. We also appreciate the large variety of landmarks included on the maps as we travel. Anything from a library to a large green area indicating a park may appear on our GPS screen, which makes navigation fairly idiot proof.

Another nice feature is the ability to store locations, such as 'home.' Even the most technically challenged individual can turn the device on, hit the drawing of a house on the touch screen, and find their way home.

Glad to know there is a GPS for technically challenged people like me!

Sounds like you found a good one and something I would need, foolproof!
