The Miracle Blades are truly a miracle. I order these knives a while ago (many years) and use them almost daily. They are just great. I have the the steak knives and all the different choping ones the fillet ones. I am not sure what they are call but whatever they work wonders. So no matter what type of blade you might get it is sure to work. I use mine for everything. And even thought these knives are old they still are sharp. Miracle blades are totally worth the price you might pay. You will get your money out of them. I do use the dishwasher for mine so makes cleaning up easy. The kit I bought came with a pair of scissor. The scissor did break after about 5 years, but that could be because I was cutting something I probally should not have cut. But that was ok cause I actually had a back up pair and I did not buy this kit for the scissors. Everyone should own a set of Miracle blades.
