Whenever the Christmas season rolls around, I always get out my Mistletoe Yankee Candle 22 Ounce Housewarmer Candles. Of all the Christmas candle fragrances that I have ever tried, this is my favorite. It smells exactly like a Christmas tree. In fact, it smells more like a Christmas tree than a Christmas tree!

This year, my husband and I went to a lovely house on the beach for Christmas. I very much wanted it to have the Christmas feel, so we took a small tree, stockings, and other Christmas decorations. Everything was cozy and beautiful. But the final touch was the best. Every evening, we would read or listen to Christmas music in the living room. That is when I would light our Christmas candles, and the smell of Christmas filled the house. It was delightful!

They say that the Yankee Candle Housewarmers are the strongest scented candle that they make. So many times, companies advertise that their candles are scented, but you can never detect much of a scent. Not so with Yankee Candles, and especially this Mistletoe scented one. I have had many people comment on how much like a Christmas tree it smells. I use the Mistletoe every year in my home.

The only problem is, I believe that they retired this fragrance (wouldn't you know it), and you may only be able to purchase it on closeout, or on Ebay. (That's what I intend to do, because none of their other Christmas greenery scents can "hold a candle" (pun intended) to this one!

Yankee Candles last forever, and seem to burn all the way down. This 22 ounce size says it has a burn time of 100-150 hours. (Personally, I doubt that it lasts that long, but it does burn a very long time. So if you want your house to truly smell like Christmas, get a Yankee Candle Mistletoe candle, and enjoy a lovely fragrance throughout the Christmas season.
