Wet or dry, you take a small amount of H20 and place it in your palm. Rub your hands together than work it thoroughly through your head and scalp. Since it is so effective, only small amounts of H20 are needed. An 8 ounce jar, used properly will last you 6 months or more, making its $17.95 price highly affordable.
